Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will be instructed to ship the item back to us. Shipping costs for returns are the customerβs responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered. Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the item and will be credited back to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, contact our customer support team to provide details of the product and the reason for the exchange. After approval, you will be required to ship the item back to us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
